Programs to Remember
"Dream" wine program. It was a once in a lifetime
opportunity to drink wines that we had heard of and never tasted. One member, did the research, bought the wine, and planned the food for the
program, which included, a 1972 Salon Champagne, a 1992 Raveneau Chablis, a
1988 Drouhin Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche, a 1988 Domaine de la Romnee
Conti Grands Echezcaux, a 1982 Chateau Pichon de Langueville Comtesse de
LaGrande and, last but not least, a 1988 Chateau D"Yquem Premier Grand Cru.
It was a program we'll remember for a long time.
